Great location for exploring the city.

Unfortunately, my experience at Hotel Florenc was overshadowed by a few significant issues. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. it was dusty, and the carpet felt neglected. Additionally, the shower had a malfunctioning door which caused the whole bathroom to flood, making it incredibly inconvenient. The cigarette smell from the backyard was unbearable, preventing me from getting a good night's sleep.

The room was spacious and clean. However, the carpet could use some vacuuming.

During my stay, I appreciated the convenient location, just a three-minute walk to the metro station, making it easy to explore all the historical sites of Prague. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience.

I had a fantastic stay for 3 nights! The location is excellent-just steps from both the bus and metro. The soundproofing was stellar. I couldn't hear a thing from the outside. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helped with everything we needed. 🏨

The room was very quiet and had comfortable beds, making it easy to relax after a long day. Breakfast offered a wide choice, featuring delicious dishes that kickstarted our mornings. Additionally, while the lift was helpful, there were three steps at the reception entrance which could pose a challenge for those with mobility issues.

I enjoyed my stay immensely! The staff was exceptionally polite and accommodating, always ready to assist with our needs. The breakfast featured delightful options, including a tasty selection of hot dishes. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the metro and bus stations.

However, some amenities were lacking, such as insufficient coffee supplies and a disappearing coffee cup. Breakfast was decent with good scrambled eggs, but there were times when items like orange juice needed to be requested to be refilled.

My wife says that a bit more attention to room cleaning would make a huge difference.

Clean room, comfortable bed, the hotel is conveniently located just 50 m from the bus and metro station, making transportation very easy and within a short walk of popular sites.
